Inspex Services, LLC

Inspex Services, LLC is newly formed company based in Tennessee.  Currently, offering  specialty construction services including the supply and placement of Longitudinal Asphalt Joint Sealant and Temporary Traffic Control on roadway projects.

The owners of Inspex Services, LLC., Jim Floyd and Jack Hughes, have a combined experience of over 50 years.  Having held positions in their careers as the Owner, the Contractor performing construction, as well as a Private Consultant offering Professional Services, Jim and Jack know and understand the transportation and infrastructure industry.  They each have provided management, execution and inspection of construction activities for State Departments of Transportation, Federal Infrastructure, Municipal and Private Industry projects in their home state of Tennessee and throughout the Southeast which provides a full understanding of project expectations and requirements.

Offering specialty construction services and products as a sub-contractor and supplier for Tennessee Department of Transportation projects and for other related industries.  We are interested in seeing how we can help you by performing quality construction services in a professional and ethical manner that will serve and support our clients and improve the communities in which they live.
